Le Tonnare stands in the majestic north-western corner of Sardinia, embraced by the Archipelago of Asinara, just 2 km from Stintino, a small seaside town since 1885, along one of the most characteristic stretches of coastline.  The Village covers an area of about 15 hectares in a privileged panoramic position overlooking the transparent blue sea.  Absolutely unique in conception, it was built with the renovation of the old tuna-fish facility which for many years was the symbol of the town's rich sea-faring tradition.
