Holiday home Sa Murta Bianca is located in a great position, overlooking the blue sea between Cala Marina and Cala Bernardini, a stone's throw from Capo Blu and Eden Rock, in the residential area (with reserved access) of Sa Murta Bianca at 900 meters from the beach. It has ample and well-kept outdoor areas that include parking, shower, BBQ and a veranda on three sides of the house. Inside, a large kitchen with honey coloured wooden furniture made by a skilled local carpenter, with sofa bed and dining room. Both the dining room and the kitchen offer a wonderful sea view. The sleeping area includes two bedrooms: one, available as twin or double is with access from the veranda. The microclimate of the area is characterized by a cool sea breeze that makes the air conditioning unnecessary. The second bedroom is with double bed and private shower.  The Holiday house Sa Murta Bianca in Santa Margherita di Pula can accommodate up to 6 people, but for those who want to share their holidays with another family the entire villa is also available on the lower level, as well this one with sea view and composed of a large living room with sofa bed, an outdoor kitchen with a typical Sardinian oven excellent for homemade bread, pizza, lamb or pork and tasty fish. Available as well a cook service in order to enjoy a typical Sardinian meal, that needs to be requested all at once when you confirm the reservation of the house. The sleeping area of the second level includes three bedrooms: one with bunk bed, one with double bed and the third one is a blind double room. Even the lower floor does not need air conditioning, because it benefits from the insulating materials in addition to the gentle sea breeze that characterizes the area. The whole house can comfortably accommodate up to twelve/thirteen people with three bathrooms.
