The town of Castelsardo is characterised from a suggestive historical centre, which it overlooks on the wonderful Gulf of Asinara. On the trachyte promontory out at sea - you can visit few of the most characteristics historical monuments of the Sardinia: the Dorias’ Castle, which overlooks the whole town, the ancient defensive walls and the Cathedral of Sant’Antonio Abate with its gorgeous bell tower.
