Built in 1973 and recently restructured just in front of St Andrea's beach of Quartu S.Elena at 10 km from Cagliari, it is a cottage surrounded by a garden. It was built in 2 floors: the living room on the ground floor and the bedrooms on the first floor. The 2 full bedrooms have a beautiful sea viewsight through the big balcony and one of them has a private bathroom. The third room is on the west side and has sea viewsight too. The house has an efficent air conditioning system. In this building are organized sailing and navigation courses by qualified expert masters,more info about this in the last pic or just contact us.
