The house is situated in front of the sea in an elegant residential complex at 13 km from Cagliari. It has a beautiful view of the Golfo Degli Angeli and of the city of Cagliari. The white sand beaches are located 300 mt from the house and a shopping area complete of all services is located 50 mt away. The famous beaches of Pula Chia and St. Margherita are only 15 minutes by car. The position of the house is ideal to completely enjoy the beauties of the south western Sardinian coast. During the summertime there are many cultural and gastronomic activities to participate in. Close by there is a bird haven where one can admire the pink flamingos up close that reside there during migration and in the WWF PARK of MONTE ARCOSU where is possible to admire the sardinian red deer in the wild end eagles.
